This stuff is hot!

I have an extremely high tolerance for spice and have always stuck to grocery stores and brick & mortar shops to try and find spicy foods. When preparing a bowl of chili or a pasta dish I would find myself putting 10 or more drops of hot sauce in each serving to get enough spice, which ultimately compromised the flavor of the dish. Finally, I decided to go online and switched from a hot sauce (~800,000 scovilles) to this "pepper extract," not really sure of what to expect.44 Magnum is hot enough that I can put a single drop in one plate and get all the heat without the change in flavor. It definitely packs a punch and when I accidentally put two drops in a bowl of chili I could barely finish my food. I couldn't detect any change in flavor from the original dish which is really what I worry about with adding spices.Don't take this product lightly--there's even a warning label saying that it's a food additive and not a hot sauce. One drop will likely be enough for most people, maybe even too much. If you're looking for serious heat, though, I wouldn't recommend anything else.

It doesnt take much to heat something up. Doesnt alter the flavor of what you're eating. I've had my bottle for 2 weeks,and am just now 1/4 of a way through the neck. Perfect for those hot saces that taste good,but just arent hot enough.

Stupid Hot...

Words can't describe how hot this stuff is. I bought it purely for the intense heat. But just an FYI the tast is horrible, absolutly terable. But then again its not a sauce it is an extract. probably 1 tiny drop for an entire dish would more then living it up. Be warned this is not for the week hearted.
