Terry Redlin has had an interest in nature since early childhood in Watertown, South Dakota. An unfortunate motorcycle accident ended his dream of becoming a forest ranger so he opted to pursue a career in the graphic arts. Redlin earned a degree from the St. Paul School of Associated Arts and spent 25 years working in commercial art as a layout artist, graphic designer, illustrator and art director. In his leisure time, he researched wildlife subjects and settings. Redlin is one of the greatest collected painters of wildlife and Americana. From 1991 through 1998, he was named America's Most Popular Artist in annual gallery surveys conducted by U.S. ART magazine.Original Redlin paintings sold for $50,000 to $75,000 when they were last on the market. Now they could be considered priceless because they are not for sale. He has not sold any originals since 1985.

better than expected

I am quite happy with this picture. The frame is much nicer and more detailed than what I was expecting. It was very well put together and ready to be hung. It arrived much quicker than I was told, less than a week. My only disappointment was in the color of the print itself. It is alittle too dark. I wish it was lighter as some of the picture is hard to see. When the bright sunshine comes in the room and shines on it it is quite pretty but still could be a bit lighter. As Christmas is my favorite time of year I am happy to look at this picture everyday and have a little bit of holiday time all year.

The product is as advertised if you follow the instructions. My first 2 I left in the freezer 24/7 and they both cracked. I now put them in the freezer a couple of hours before use and I have not had a problem since. The size works well for me.

I bought this for my return trip home from overseas and wanted to look nice (been overseas for a year and a half. The item description said to order one size larger than current pants size, so thus I did. Got the first one it was huge on me.Contacted Customer service who worked very nicely with me and sent my current pants size. Got that one as well and it was STILL to large, So I sent back the two incorrect belts and they sent me back the current one I am holding in my hands its one size smaller than my pants size.I still have to use the last hole in the belt and to make matters worse Its A used belt that has obvious signs of being worn than returned.It's a nice belt and a nice item but having to deal with shipping/returns for A month than finally getting the belt right before going home, And than opening the package to see it's damaged!?Contacted Customer Service and they decided for me to dispose (trash do whatever) with the current belt and that they will refund my original purchase amount.I will give credit were it's do to Orvis Customer service is top notch and on the ball about any issues, But wish the final product I received before cutting off my attempts would have been in new condition and not worn otherwise I would have been a extremely happy camper and would have given this item 5 stars.

This was the first time I have used a paint gun, but it was very easy to learn to use this gun and it does a very good job at laying down the paint evenly. When being used to paint smaller areas like the wheels on your car, which is what I used it for.

good for the price

gun is good quality design. However, does not come with instructions / maintenance guide or tool for removing fluid tip. I found support documentation on the devilbiss website.used it to spray minwax satin polyurethane and minwax polyacrylic (waterbase). worked excellently with waterbase finish. polyurethane was a little thick (i should have thinned it a little) but still went on well.

Redlin Framed Bounty Print

This framed print was a gift for my son who loves hunting. It combines his two favorite types of hunting: deer and pheasant. The quality of the matting is excellent and the frame is high quality and well-matched to the art piece. It is a solid, wide wooden frame with decorative knurl on the inner edge; much higher quality than the metal or thin wooden frames offered on many other art pieces. It was delivered on time (actually, a few days earlier than forecast, as I recall) and in excellent condition. Between us, we own four Redlin prints and our biggest problem is selecting the next one.

Dog Lover's Chair Throw

This is a beautiful well made throw. The dogs on it are colorful and detailed. I have it on an ottoman that my Chows like to jump and lie on. I am buying a second one to put on the bottom half of my bed, where my two Chows like to lie so they can watch the birds, squirrels, deer, ect. It protects furniture and is very attractive.

It works great with my plasma TV, but be ready for some issues...

This is my second Xantech product to have an issue with plug on the IR receiver.First the good: as a former custom home theater installer, I have had plenty of exposure to the Xantech line of products. They are good products and will server you will for a long time. I am happy to see that after years of the IR flashers falling apart, Xantech has finally updated the design. These new flashers (4 included with this item) appear to be a single piece and therefore should hold up much longer. I bought this kit because of a need to replace my current flashers and because my current one was affected by my new plasma panel. As described, this IR receiver isn't effected by the LED or CFL bulbs in my home, or by the plasma panel. I have the IR receiver placed behind a cloth panel (like a speaker grill) and it works fine there.The problem I had and the reason for only 3 starts, was with the 1/8 stereo plug on the IR receiver. For the second time in a row, the internal connection was bad and the unit did not work straight out of the box. I had to cut the plug off and solder on a new one, which thankfully I had. I will admit that I did not connect Xantech about this. I had my home theater apart and wasn't about to put it back into the cabinet just to pull it out again later based on the hopes of getting a new receiver.In summary, it is a good product and does what it is supposed to. However, lack of quality control may leave you scratching your head and/or boxing it right back up.

Attractive, but run large. Those with high insteps may struggle to get them on

These are a very attractive saddle shoe, with the navy blue saddle and leather (as opposed to nubuck or suede) uppers. If you are looking for such a shoe, this is a great example of the classic. It has a nice gum sole, and the leather breaks in well (though it does come out of the box rather stiff). The colors are as you would imagine them (the picture is accurate).Orvis tells you to order them one half size less than you normally wear (in other words, if you wear an 11, order a 10 1/2). This is good advice. Even people with moderately wide feet will fit in a half-size less than their normal shoe size.That said, I panicked when I got them out of the box and tried to get them on my foot. I couldn't even imagine how the shoe would fit over my instep. The shoe came straight (bar) laced, which only exacerbated the problem. So I unlaced them, cross-laced them and tried again. With a shoe horn and lots of pressure (and faith), my high instep fit under the tongue.Once my feet were in, these shoes were comfortable and attractive. But this isn't a shoe I would want to take off for a quick jog at lunch. Still, considering how difficult it is to find an example of this style at this price point, I think it is worth the trouble.

Awesome ram, especially for the price!

I bought this ram and installed it in my new Macbook Pro 13" 2012 (non-retina) and everything worked positively swimmingly. I've had it for a little over two weeks currently and it all works and speeds things up tremendously. Very good memory on a Mac

Installed in a late 2011 MacBook Pro, so far has working very good. The system is faster and stable. Working with video is a lot better and Parallels improve a lot. The video memory has increase from 256 to 512mb.
