Sizing does not match / Multiple returns to get correct sizes / Was sent a worn belt once the sizing was correct.

I bought this for my return trip home from overseas and wanted to look nice (been overseas for a year and a half. The item description said to order one size larger than current pants size, so thus I did. Got the first one it was huge on me.Contacted Customer service who worked very nicely with me and sent my current pants size. Got that one as well and it was STILL to large, So I sent back the two incorrect belts and they sent me back the current one I am holding in my hands its one size smaller than my pants size.I still have to use the last hole in the belt and to make matters worse Its A used belt that has obvious signs of being worn than returned.It's a nice belt and a nice item but having to deal with shipping/returns for A month than finally getting the belt right before going home, And than opening the package to see it's damaged!?Contacted Customer Service and they decided for me to dispose (trash do whatever) with the current belt and that they will refund my original purchase amount.I will give credit were it's do to Orvis Customer service is top notch and on the ball about any issues, But wish the final product I received before cutting off my attempts would have been in new condition and not worn otherwise I would have been a extremely happy camper and would have given this item 5 stars.
