Product Description
Snow dumping, wind howling, fresh-lines having days were what we had in mind when we developed the StormBound Jacket. The waterproof and breathable Pertex outer, cozy down insulation, and taped seams keep out the weather and capture your hard-earned body heat. A helmet-compatible hood, zip-out balaclava, and elastic powder skirt seal out flying snow, and double-sliding pit zips open up to let you vent excess warmth when the sun finally appears.

By Eileen K.
This is the SECOND Stormbound jacket I've purchased. I lost a bunch of weight, so needed to size down. But I KNEW I wanted ths OR Stormbound jacket. I live in Oregon, I snowboard, I need a good, seam-sealed technical piece. I wear this when I'm ridng and its cold and windy, and dumping snow. Yes, it keeps me dry, even in Oregon. Yes, it keeps me warm (I wear only a mid weight base layer under it, nothing more. It has all the bells and whistles i need (great venting, lots of pockets both interior and exterior. I don't need it so much for spring riding, but for the mid-winter months, it is my favorite piece of outerwear. Great value for the money..... for any price really.Don't hesitate- buy it!

By Missing The Mountains
I really wanted to love this jacket-- it has every feature I had been looking for in a ski jacket, including a TRUE helmet-compatible hood. Unfortunately, it's just enormous on me. Even accounting for the fact that it's a 'relaxed' fit, I was drowning in it. I'm 5'2", 115lbs, ordered the XS and it fit like a medium. The worst part was the sleeves, which were at least 5 inches too long. Why can't companies make outdoor gear for truly petite women??

I bought this jacket for snowboarding in colorado. I ordered the turquoise color and when it came I loved the color! It is a much stronger turquoise than the picture. I am 5'3" 106 lbs. The xs fits perfect. I have plenty space for layers underneath. It is light weight. I gave it 4 stars because I haven't actually used it in cold or snow. For the price, so far so good!!
