Awesome Customer Service!

I was sooo satisfied with my purchase experience, that I bought two more DeBrekht santas (separate purchases) from Seaboard Traders of South Carolina. Unlike another company that I purchased a like-item from at the same time, I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted directly by email -- immediately after ordering -- to discuss a possible substitution due to color change by the manufacturer. If approval was forthcoming (which it was), no further action was necessary; otherwise the vendor promised to credit my account. Shipment of the product was expeditious, and the item was exactly as advertised and expected. (The other item from the other vendor was not as represented nor did the vendor indicate as such at any time during the transaction.)In the future, I plan to use Seaboard Traders as my "go-to" for purchases of the DeBrekht collections. (P.S. A huge amount of thanks to Andrew -- who went above and beyond and is a model for excellence in customer service (a rarity in retail!).)
