Mahogany NOT! LoL

I'm really not sure, why in this day and time, I really thought that this product would arrive, as stated, but... it of course did not.The item description CLEARLY states that it has a Mahogany Frame.Nowhere did I read that it was going to be made of plastic and aluminum with a 'photographic wood finish.'And since it was nearly $50. I just took the listing at its word.Well I won't be doing that again, soon!Suffice it to say that it is NOT wood, A-N-Y-W-H-E-R-E. And while it is nice, in my humble opinion, it is far from worth the price tag of $50.I am keeping it, but only because my husband, (God-love him) was able to modify it for my needs, in spite of the fact that there was not one place that was wood, to screw into! (Obviously my needs were not for a traditional cork-board, perse)If price is no object, and you don't care that it's plastic mahogany with a black aluminum frame edge, and very t-h-i-n cork with a thin corrugated, cardboard back, then this product's for you...Otherwise... keep looking!

too hard to put the pins inside and horrible customer service

I purchased two by accident, and was only reimbursed for half of the one I returned, even though I paid for the shipping and left the board in its original carton. Otherwise, the board is much too hard, and to get pins inside, one has to apply too much strength. It's dangerous, in my opinion.
