4 oz of our Mexican Pure Vanilla Extract. Our Totonac All Natural Mexican Pure Vanilla Extract is made from the finest vanilla beans available from Mexican using a cold percolation process. Using a cold process means that it takes longer to make vanilla extract, but it`s worth the extract time to create that smoother, creamier vanilla flavor.

BEST VANILLA EXTRACT FOR BAKING HANDS DOWN

I've used this brand (purchased at ROSS) and WOW!!! So glad I can find it on regular supply on AMAZON! This has got to be the most flavorful vanilla extract I have ever used. I love to bake and I only like to use high quality real vanilla extract. I've always used Madagascar Vanilla which is good but the Mexican vanilla is more intense and smokey and lends a great flavor to cookies and cakes. I used a tried and true recipe that I've used with other vanilla extracts and used this instead and I got rave reviews. I really didn't think it would make a difference...vanilla is vanilla right? Definitly worth a try...your taste buds will thank you!!Also...use a little extra in your chocolate chip cookies...2 tablespoons instead of 2 teaspoons...trust me you will thank me later ;o)

My wife tells me that she needed to use a bit more of this extract than her recipes called for when baking. She only had to err slightly over the recommended amounts, though so it won't be used up much faster than the store brands. I found the results had really outstanding flavor and coupled with the reasonable price, it was an excellent, tasty purchase.

Nice, but too expensive to repeat the purchase

I bake quite a bit, and bought this to see if it was better than my normal Costco brand vanilla. While this vanilla has a nice taste, I wasn't so amazed that I will buy this instead from now on. The bottle from Costco is cheaper and tastes almost the same.
