Watch is very nice. Synced with all the cardio equipment in my facility easily. Easy to use quite helpful in keeping track of my workouts. It stores your last 20. Keeps track of calories and target heart rate in each zone. It was a good value.

sometimes the strap doesn's sync perfectly, but it's never been an issue. No backlight is kinda a bother, I run at night and have to angle it towards a streetlight to get a good look.
