Excellent case for the amateur player.

This case is a great deal for the price. It is well designed, has a large space for a shoulder rest, and a large compartment for rosin, tuner, etc. The plaid design on the outside is a zebra stripe, and it has little zebras inside the white areas. The inide is both tan and dark brown velvet. There is a barometer inside the lid to check for humidity levels inside the case. It comes with 2 VERY soft shoulder straps. The hand straps have a wrap-around piece to keep them together when traveling. There is a flap that covers part of the zipper, and it has magnetic catches on either side of the the central closure. It has a lock and key on the closure. There is a zipping pocket on the outside, and a small pocket with a clear window to put an ID card in for identification. Not that you need a card to identify this case as YOURS, because it is unique, and not everyone will have one like it! I love it.
