Excellent!

This is a very well made and robust product...far superior to the cheap plastic models at similar prices.It works extremely well and has an option of how hard or soft you want the mattress to be. The motor is ultra quiet. I expect this to last a long time!

I have it for more than 2 years

I purchased this overlay system in November 2011 for my mother who is in Coma since then. It worked very well and the pump is still fine, allthough the mattress seems to be a little "tired" by now. I noticed this last week, as my Mom started showing a few signs of sores on her back. I guess, it's about time for a new one, right? There is this other problem I am encountering right now: where to get replacement mattresses for the system? Well, I couldn't find one on the market, so I'm still searching. I'm not even sure the manufacturer sells replacements. Anyhow, the thing worked great until a few weeks ago, so I might as well go ahead and purchase another complete Excel 5000 from the same seller.
