Worth the money.

I bought these for $147 from VMInnovations about 8 months ago. I just wanted an audio system like my friend who had paid $1000+ for his system. This wasn't really a bad buy but it definetly would NEVER compete with a system from a name brand.If you want bass that will blend in with your regular music this setup will do that and it does it pretty dang well. Even if you want a little bit more than your average stock subwoofers you can get this setup to deliver. But if you want head-banging, rear view mirror shaking, people can hear you from inside their cars bass... Look elsewhere.The amp is pretty ligit. I changed out the speakers early on to a pair of Lanzar MaxP104D's and with everything else but the speakers the same, the amp really performed wellThe box is pretty well built. I used it for about 8 months before I built my own to replace it. It held up just fine, even with the newer, more powerful subs.The subwoofers... these are pretty much garbage when it comes to PURE VOLUME. Plug em' up to your home theatre because they'll do well there and find something real for the car. They're up to the specifications on the box but there are better subs out there for the money.As far as everything else goes, the wires and all, they give you enough of everything to DIY it. (including an easy to understand wiring diagram) As long as you have an aftermarket radio this will be pretty easy to hook up.Overall, this was my first subwoofer system I ever bought and It was an alright "Starter pack" if you're a basshead like me.
