Product Description
“Full, resonant Fender tone”—that’s how the ’60s catalog described the Villager 12-string acoustic, and that's what we’ve delivered with this homage to the past. The classic Villager headstock adorns this lush-sounding beauty, complete with a solid spruce top for a full, bright tone, a dual-action truss rod, white dot inlays, a soft “C”-shaped neck and multiple body bindings.

By Bob Schifo
I've wanted a 12 string for years, but wasn't in a position to purchase one until now. I figured Fender was a good name, and the price was right, so I did it. I was disappointed to see that it was made in China, but it seems to be of high quality. It's a beautiful guitar. I'm pretty much just a strummer, and the rich sound of the 12 strings really makes chords sound like more that one guitar playing. Electronics are fine, as the guitar sounds wonderful plugged in. There does seem to be some fret buzz, which may be my chording mechanics, or may be the frets. I'm not sure. The buzz is not noticeable when actually playing chords, but when some notes are played individually, buzz can be heard. Overall, though, I'm very happy with this guitar.

Very, very good guitar with reasonable price, but ... CD-160SE 12-string sounds better for me. I own both of them.
