The removable storm hood has a bonded brim to keep the snow out of your face. The snap-back powder skirt features connect tabs that, when attached to your pants, create an impenetrable cocoon of warmth. The hem is easily adjusted using drawcords inside the hand pockets.

Great design and performance

I initially bought this jacket because I loved the color, but I was concerned that it would not keep me warm. Despite the fact that it is a light jacket I used it with underwear and a fleece hoodie underneath and could ski just fine at temperatures 5-10 F. The jacket runs true to size. I'm regularly a size 0-2 and bought the XS version. I could still fit 2 fleece hoodies underneath. I loved all the pockets the jacket has and the fleece collar is super warm.

This jacket is very light weight but warm. I was skeptical at first because it didn't weigh a ton but it is very warm. Buy one size up because they seem to run small.
