5Innovative Hydration System
By Michael P. Otis
There are a lot of pack options out there, but for most uses of these packs, hydration need goes hand in hand. This system makes drinking a better experience than having to suck out the water. The pressurization makes it easy to drink, promoting better hydration. A smart product.

5Great Hydration pack
By C. Fisher
Returned my new camel back for this product after seeing it features.Like that you the bladder is removable and you can turn it inside out. Used it this weekend for a motorcycle trip to the sand dunes. Worked great. Wreck at one point and landed solidly on my hydration pack. It survived my 240 lbs body landing on it will pressurized.

4Good day hike pack.
By Ingus
Bought this for day hikes, and so far it's been great. Despite the stated 11 liter carrying capacity, once you filled this pack with water and pump it up (pressurizing it), the usable space is much much less. The external carrying options are limited as well, you can use the compression straps to strap down a jacket or hiking sticks, but that's about it.Pros:The pressurized water bladder works as advertised, allowing you to share water easily. You don't need to pump very often, the air bladder inside the water bladder can hold pressure well.Construction of the bag is above average, stitches are solid and strong. The water bladder is much easier to clean than other brands' designs. You just disconnect the 2 tubes (air and water) and flip it inside out, its also dishwasher safe. The air channels formed by padding on the back of the pack, along with the internal plastic frame sheet makes this bag pretty cool to carry. You can buy the additional "Geigerrig In-Line Water Filter", which attaches directly to the water hose; this allows for easy water filtration on the go. On top of which the Filter is very cheap compare to other options.Cons:This bag is a minimalist bag, you can't carry much other than water with it. The stated capacity is on an empty bag with an empty bladder. The water bladder bloats up so much after pressurization, you can't really swap it into another hydration bag.The air pump seems flimsy. It's holding up so far, but I got my doubts on its longevity. The water hose spigot design is odd. It looks like a regular bite valve and when you want water you just squeeze on it and water will shoot out. However it also means your hands must touch the soft rubber part, so hygienically you really shouldn't suck on that bit afterwards.Because water squirts out instead of pours out, you actually end up drinking less water by volume. Need to remember that, and drink more often with this pack to compensate.Because water squirts out, you have to actually aim it or you'll get water all over your face. This means you have to stop and drink. Drinking while biking is doable with practice. Drinking while snowboarding is... not really advisable. :)Over all the pros outweighs the cons and as long as you don't plan on carrying too much gear, this pack is a great choice for hiking.
