Great piece of furniture

We really like this television stand. It was easy to put together and in the end nothing looks wonky or askew. The doors fit quite squarely, which isn't a typical thing in DIY products. The only complaint we had is with the shipping. The box arrived quite beat up and a couple of the pieces were broken. We called Sanus directly, and were informed that their products are not authorized to be sold via third party retailers (i.e. Amazon). The rep was very helpful anyway (even though we didn't buy the item directly from them) and ordered for us replacement parts at no cost. I did file a complaint with Amazon but never heard anything from it, which was very disappointing. The parts arrived in just a couple of days and the finished product looks great.

Smaller than I thought, but nice overall

Very clean lines, the hinges on the doors are difficult to put on, I added the stand (FMS01B1) sot he TV hovers over giving me a top ledge for my center channel.

This is a very nice looking piece of furniture. The wood on the item I received had no scratches and a very good, even finish. The workmanship seems very good for a packaged piece of furniture in this price range. Even the back wire cover panel is of nice quality, not the cheap cardboard normally seen on this type furniture. The reason I deduct 1 star is that the screws used to attach the door hinges were very weak. 3 of the screw heads broke off in the wood while building it. I used a screwdriver by hand, so too much force was not applied. The screws broke off leaving the shaft of the screw stuck in the wood. I am a little concerned that at some point this will weaken the doors, causing them to sag a little. Other than that it looks very nice.
