An excellent product and great customer service

Before buying a wall mount, I contacted Sanus customer service via their website. They answered my question almost immediately via e-mail, and then followed up by calling me on the phone. Great customer service!The parts for this product are packed in individual plastic bags, clearly marked with the contents. There were no missing parts. Four sizes of mounting screws (Metric M4, M5, M6, and M8), each in three different lengths, are included.This is a tilting mount, and it also allows the TV to be shifted left and right, in case your preferred mounting location is not centered on your wall studs. Unlike cheaper mounts, the amount of tilt can be adjusted after the TV is mounted on the wall, without reaching behind the TV. After installation, there are adjusting screws to fine-tune the vertical position to make the TV level.If you need to access the inputs on the back of the TV after it is mounted, the bottom of the Sanus mount swings away from the wall, and the "ClickStand "holds the TV away from wall.I highly recommend this product.

I installed this above our fireplace to mount a 40" Samsung LCD TV. The installation was simple and mounting the TV was a breeze. It's very flat so the bracket is not visible at all. It doesn't tilt very much but it's perfect for our needs. Well made and highly recommended.

I looked all over the net for a reasonably priced, super thin wall mount with tilt...then I found this one. This mount is easy to install and easy to adjust! I've considered buying another for my other flat panel. If you're looking for a nice wall mount, you've found it!
