Nice Practice Staff

I bought a different hardwood staff from some other online martial arts supply store a few years back. It was sturdy, but a bit on the heavy side. You couldn't really spin or swing it around very fast because of the weight. I've also played around with some other staffs that were super light, and felt like it was gonna fly out of my hands if I swung it too fast. It felt like you just had less control of the staff as a whole.This staff, on the other hand, seems to be weighted just right. It's not too heavy, but not super light either. Has good speed, with good control, and seems very sturdy as well. Seems to be just right for practicing.

This staff is great, light, well balance and strong enough. It feels very smooth in the hands.It's light enough to do fast movements like spins and figure eights, but heavy enough to give you a good workout !

I have been training in FMA for 8 years and have been working with 3 bo staffs in this time. I would have to say this is the nost balanced and one of the toughest staffs I have used. The quality is excellent and also bought one for my daughter.
