Classy mirror

My favorite cheval mirror had to go when I bought new furniture for small bedroom. I needed to open up the room and rather than get a smaller bed I went for white furniture and small chests. I wanted a full length mirror and thought I might have to go with a wall-mounted (behind a door), or an over the door mirror. When I saw the sleek lines of this steel mirror I just had to have it.When it arrived, I was thrilled. It doesn't take up a lot of space and the lines of the frame are clean and attractive. It fits well with the white furniture, and the mirror doesn't have any imperfections that warp your reflection. Even tho' the room is carpeted, the mirror and stand seem stable.Bottom line from my perspective: great product, good value.

The quality of this mirror is better than expected. I don't think the picture in the ad is doing its justice. I ordered this mirror because we needed a full length mirror in our contemporary apartment. Having a typical nyc apartment, a decent (but not huge) size is definitely a requirement. As one of the previous reviews mentioned, this is not ideal as a standalone accent piece, but it's very good as a complementary decor to anywhere you want to add more light. We ended up putting ours between a bookcase (made out of iron) and leather sofa. The mirror definitely added a good amount of illumination to the area since the frame of the mirror is also shiny. The 2 best features of this mirror are its frame (not round as seen from the ad, but a bit concave in the front hugging the mirror... hard to explain, but this makes the entire item look more expensive) and its hook in the back (has a 2-leg hook that'd latch onto the back of the mirror, making is very sturdy and pretty even from the side/back). Highly recommending this piece to anyone looking for a modern looking mirror.

perfect sized, straight forward design, functional

This mirror is perfect for my bedroom. I think everyone should have a full length mirror and I think this mirror is straight forward enough to fit in with many different design styles. It's not all that sturdy or heavy (i.e don't put it in a place where kids or pets etc can bump into it), but once you set it up and as long as you aren't hanging things on it, bumping into it or constantly moving it, it sits even just fine with absolutely no wobblyingAlso, this mirror is good for the bedroom, bathroom or dressing room, but not sized for a living room or accent piece in any other type of room like those lean-against-the-wall mirrors. Based on its size, I'm not sure it's totally worth the price I paid.. but shipping is free, I couldn't find anything like it for anywhere near the price elsewhere, the design is pleasantly stylish yet neutral and a good mirror is hard to find...
