GearWrench Open End ratcheting wrenches need as little as 5-Degree to move the fastener as opposed to 30-Degree for standard box end wrenches. Great set, but go for the reversible GearWrench version

Purchased this from Grainger about 8 months ago. The price is better than the other Gearwrench sets, and comes with more wrenchs then comparable to the price range. I'm an engine engineer for a large commercial company, as well as a garage DIY enthusiast. These wrenches see weekly use in my garage and in the shop.PROS+ High polish, easy to clean+ 5* swing+ Ratcheting box end+ Sizes included in the setCONS- Flip over to reverse (PITA)- Open-end slips easily due to ratcheting mechanism- Length of 9 and 8mm makes tight spots difficult to work in- Box-end wider outside diameter, difficult to work in tight spotsSUMMARYThe open-end ratchet mechanism is a complete lose. I use my non-ratcheting standard open-end wrenches instead of these since the open-end ratchet slips unpredictably and I've broken (2) in-service.The box-end is phenomenal, and the price and quality of the box-end sold me on GearWrench. I've already ordered many more GearWrenchs.I recommend you skip these and go straight to the reversible offset ratchet without the ratcheting open-end. It costs a bit more but every time I use these I wish I'd done the same.

Great Product! Must Have For Any DIY or Pro!

I love them!!! Also it had 17, 18, and 19mm wrenches that other sets do not have. The price is great also. Obviously, I'm very happy. Shipping was also fast.
