great replacement

i bought this bulb well over a year ago and to this day it still works. and doesnt show any signs of burning out.my only advice when replacing this bulb is not to touch the glass with your bare hands , and clean any dust out of the duct if you can

This bulb made my Hitachi 60v500A Hitachi as bright and vivid as the first day I took it home 10 years ago. I still had a problem with the lamp driver (ballast) and Quint over at River Valley Electronics diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me instructions on how to DIY. I wish we had people like this locally. The local thieves are selling these for $250 without the housing. Thanks River Valley.
