Really nice - arrived quickly, looks fantastic. Be sure and get the right handle for the INSIDE of the door to go with it - there are at least two that will look great with it. Stunning on our newly refinished front door!

Great hardware - but was missing a screw and washer

I really like this hardware set, but it came in a plain box that is probably used to send to commercial distributors for their installers to use, so it didn't have any jazzy packaging (no big deal). It was missing a screw and washer and I went to Lowes and they happily helped me find the pieces to replace the missing ones. They apparently thought I had purchased the hardware set from them. ?? It all worked out in the end!
