The perfect comfort booties!

Last year I tried to find a pair of comfortable ankle boots. Ended up sending 3 pair back before I settled for a pair. And I suffered with them all winter. So it was with great trepidation that I tried again, this time looking for a brown pair to replace a beloved pair.I decided on the Walking Cradles and am extremely happy. I have flat, long feet and suffer from arthritis. So the comfort of my feet is very important. I can wear these for 12 hours, walking, driving, shopping and my feet feel great. Love these. Very tempted to buy them in another color.

2013-02-05 - Update. The soles are wearing down. I've never had that happen in a shoe. Disappointed about that. As long as you clean and condition the leather, they last and are very comfortable. But I was suprised by the soles. Very expensive shoes for that to happen. 2011-11 - I just received my boots last week, and I love them. They are very comfortable, especially around the ankle, The top is soft with nothing rubbing against my skin. I would say they are true to size, and are a little snug with thick socks, but not uncomfortable. They are attractive, semi-dressy or dress-down. I highly recommend them.

Not Comfortable

These boots looked and sounded like they would be very comfy. However, they felt loose around the ankle and my heel slid up and down (rubbed). The arch support was minimal. The toe box was wide enough, but the height toward the end tapered off so that the leather was tight against my big toes. I bought a half size larger than my usual size to accommodate socks, but that was a mistake. These seem to run wide. The leather was very soft. For those with no feet problems, these boots will probably feel fine.
