Good Product for the money

I got this to put in my work truck on construction projects. The mount was very easy to assembly and had good instuctions. I liked that it doesn't have to be a permanent mounted deal. However I did screw it to the floor as it made it more stable than without. I think there are other products that my me more stabile such as the ram mount but this one cost nearly a 1/3 of the price plus this one was universal not brand specific. Without the stabilizer arm it would much worst but it you use this it does make it a fairly solid mount. It was kind of tricky figuring out where to mount the stabilzer arm due to the seat bolt placement in my truck but it didn't take long to figure it out either. Only other suggestion is to use some loc tite on the tripod/camera style top that screws onto the tray that holds the laptop at first it was loosing up as I would drive but I put a little loc tite on and it has been good since.

I installed in my RV and it is working great for me.Functionally, it is sturdy and function as described.Easy to detach when not needed.For my RV, the installation not as simple. My husband had to make some alternation to fit our RV.I've never use other product before but is definitely happy with this one.

I had a problem with this item when I first revieved it. It was missing parts. I sent an email to the vendor and never got a responce. However it turns out they had shipped me the missing parts but they got hung up in my company mail room. An email would have been nice so I knew to be watching out for them. So long story short. Product A+, Support communications skills C :)
