jerky slicer

Just purchased this slicer... great machine works like magic.Must follow directions as far as the size of meat your puttingthrough or will jam... but boy does it turn meat into jerky slices with very little effort. Strongly reccommend for making your own.Nice uniform slices that is important for getting that consistent tasting jerky. FYI don't forget to insert the meat combs /cleaners in properly.
