Great System, Just Hate the Custom Holes

Great system that I plugged into my PBX. I had also purchased the 8-ring module and its great. It's loud enough for me, and I have it on a busy street and sidewalk but if you consider yourself to be at a loud area, then you may not hear the person outside.I downgraded it from 5 to 4 stars solely because I hate when a company creates custom fitting for something that can fit in a standard 1-gang box. But this doesn't. you have to purchase their custom 1-gang box. That's a terrible scam to make customers have to purchase another item for this product to be fitted in certain flush-to-the-wall situations.
