Love It!

I bought this so that I would have something that uses regular batteries in case of emergency. After going without power for 2 weeks during Hurricane Ike, I don't ever want to be without news and with the new TVs all having built in lithium batteries that run for a whole 2 hours, I knew I needed something that would work a lot longer than that. I have used my TV while baking cookies at my kitchen table, or during dinner when I didn't want to miss a show. I also took it on a trip out of state so that I could watch my favorite shows while staying at my in law's home who have only 1 TV in the whole house. I had to re-scan to get the channels in the other state but from what I could tell, the TV picked up all of the over air channels available there. The picture is great, the sound is fine for such a little TV, I have never had any issues, it has a small kickstand type piece on the back to keep it steady and the antennae it comes with works fine to bring in all the channels. The only issue I have had is that sometimes I have to move it around (the TV) to keep the picture from freezing (good old digital TV) but once I find a good spot, it rarely needs readjusting. I have also twisted a piece of tin foil on the top of the antennae (just like in the old days) and it seems to help a bit. I am very happy with this TV and feel like it is my security blanket in case I ever REALLY need it!

Very nice little TV- Show real clear & pretty color- I like battery operated rather than charge; takes too long to charge to me; My batteries always last me 2hrs & 20 minutes. Thanks

After a recent power outage, decided to find a battery powered tv so that I wouldn't be out of touch. Bought the iView and am 100% pleased. the picture is outstanding, as is the volume. brings in all local digital channels crisp and clear. would reccomend this product highly.
