Straightforward to install, handsome appearance

My boyfriend had an easy time installing this ceiling fan, replacing one that came with the house. It runs quietly, balances just-fine, and looks lovely. Due to the low ceilings in my home, we chose the flush-mount aspect of the kit, though it also comes with the option to use a short downrod. It takes three lightbulbs, offering more light than models with only two bulbs. A note about the light: because the light is directed up towards the ceiling, there is a very, very slight strobe effect at some angles, where the fan blades are passing through the light. (This would be true for _any_ model fan where an uplight is mounted below the fan blades.)
