Modern & Stylish-with a twist!

This pair of lamps arrived at my home looking exactly like the photo...they were a holiday gift for my daughter, and they look fabulous on her dresser! They are solid too, not cheap and lightweight like most sold in discount stores.

I just finished unpacking these, plugging them in and putting them on my nightstands and I'm THRILLED with their look. They look and feel far more expensive than they are. They're a great height at 27" and they have real heft to them. I bought mine on sale for $53 plus $21 shipping and they were completely worth it. I'll have these lamps for years. The seller was terrific too. They shipped fast. They packed them so well I got frustrated trying to get the box open. Not a scratch, not a dent. Perfect! The color is exactly as pictured -- it's what I'd call metallic -- a silvery, pewter-like finish with a hint of gold to it. The photo doesn't do the shades justice. They look much richer in person. They're tan with a black, lightly-embossed, florentine pattern (not flowers). Very modern and contemporary and I can't say enough nice things about these lamps or the seller except to tell you to feel absolutely comfortable buying these. They're really nice :)

It has a character

It's nice. only one complaint is the pattern on the base.It has a golden slash all over which I don't think looks good.,because they look like as if you splashed the grease from cooking all over. They look exactly like grease stain to me.Other than that, I really like it. It has a character and looks pretty.I just decided to keep them because it will cost me a lot to ship back.
