knight 209 primer kit

I purchased this kit back when Knight was the "top of the line" in muzzle loaders. After a morning hunt in a dense fog/cloud bank in witch I had snapped several of the old primer caps at a nice buck. I went too town, purchased this kit and had no problem installing and firing even with the wet powder still in the barrel. No more tape over the breech and barrel and no more misfires. A much needed add on for a great black powder rifle even if a little outdated.

This converted my old Knight Muzzleloader over to 209 caps. It eliminated that slow ignition or pause that the non 209 cap muzzleloaders have.

This kit made shooting much better. weather has no effect on the primer. The primer won't fall out. Good stuff
